Gastonia, NC Red Valve Gastonia is looking for a TMS Assembler to join our Production Team. The TMS Assembler will be accountable for assembly tasks involved in the production of Red Valve/Tideflex Technologies products. Follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Reads bill sheet and/or work order to perform work as assigned by department supervisor.
Capability to read drawings and blueprints.
Assembles the materials to produce a finished product by using hand tools such as spiked rollers and box cutter.
Attaches appropriate label and tags to product and packages.
Notifies supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
Maintains a clean and safe work area.
Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Forklift operations required
Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Communicate effectively, clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Basic reading of tape measure.
Basic ability to work with mathematical concepts.
Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
Education High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of one year related manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in manufacturing.
